No Page Numbers

There are no page numbers for this kindle e-book. Instead, their are locations such as "Location 1612 of 12374". From what I understand this is not an Amazon issue, but it's an issue of the publisher not providing page numbers for the e-book. I didn't realize this and now the book is useless to me because I can't cite information. Amazon has provided location numbers for the e-book, but the location numbers are broad unless you are citing a direct quote which means you can't cite a paraphrased sentence. I wish I knew this sooner because the refund period is over and I am going to have to re-purchase this book.

Great Book required for school

This book has incredible information about health care in the United States. It is an easy read. Has a ton of mind boggling statistics about our health care delivery system. This was a required book for my schooling, yet unlike most required readings-- I really enjoyed reading this book.
