simple but powerful memory techniques

For those however who are new to the "memory game", this book provides simple ways of remembering anything from grocery lists to complex data. If used and practiced properly, these memory techniques can serve as powerful tools that aid in learning. The author's writing is honest, to the point, and easy to understand.

I personally found his low stress, confident approach makes it fun to learn and his relaxed style raises the reader's confidence levels too.

Average, but too much hype

This book was more like a pamphlet, and the 'increase your memory by 100% in just 15 minutes' claim is just a flat lie. It does give a couple simple mnemonics and practical uses.
The book is good for a beginner, but nothing more.
